Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 Business are very good options. Both are highly scalable and seamlessly integrate with a Content Cloud Solution like BOX. As admin, you can add as many (paid) emails as you like. Microsoft 365 is perhaps a better solution for those who already work with Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, and Word and are on Windows. If you use Apple products and have no need for Excel, Powerpoint, and Word, Google Workspace is a solid option.
